The Waukesha County District Attorney has previously said more first degree manslaughter charges are imminent.

The Milwaukee resident has been charged, convicted and sentenced for a multitude of horrific crimes over the years, including just earlier in November when he was charged with running over a woman using the same vehicle he was driving on November 21.

In his first court appearance last week, Brooks was ordered to pay $ 5 million in cash bail.
