On October 22, Modi said the government was working to soften the blow of economic problems faced by several countries across the world as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Speaking to the ‘Rozgar Mela’ after distributing 75,000 nomination letters to candidates for government jobs, Modi said the Center was also working on several fronts to create maximum job opportunities for young people.

Earlier, the Prime Minister sent appointment letters to 75,000 job applicants electronically. The new recruits, selected from across the country, will join 38 ministries or departments of the Indian government. They will join the government at different levels in Groups A and B (published), Group B (unpublished) and Group C.
