UFC star Dustin Poirier ruthlessly trolls Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler after news they will fight after filming final series of ‘The Ultimate Fighter’

Dustin Poirier has mocked Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler after it was announced that they will be fighting.

McGregor hasn’t fought since fracturing his tibia and fibula in the first round of his third bout with Poirier at UFC 264 in July 2021.

Due to the inconclusive nature of their tiebreaker trilogy bout, it has been suggested that McGregor and “The Diamond” will fight for a fourth time before their combat sports careers come to an end.

However, that fight won’t be the next one, as UFC President Dana White confirmed on Saturday that McGregor will face Chandler later this year after they trained side-by-side on “The Ultimate Fighter.”

And despite failing to register with the United States Anti-Doping Agency, the Irishman is cleared to coach for now.

Poirier, who is fresh off a third-round victory over Chandler, took to social media to react to the news that two of his former opponents are set to be knocked down.

He comically tweeted: “The Ultimate Fighter – all my kids edition.”

However, he quickly became the butt of the joke when Michael Johnson, who brutally knocked him out in 2016, went further by suggesting he was Poirier’s father.

“Good day in the Johnson household! Seeing my grandkids coaching TUF. Proud grandpa. I could cry,” Johnson wrote alongside a photo that showed him as the main figure in a family portrait that included Poirier. , McGregor and Chandler.

It is not yet known when McGregor and Chandler will fight, but the latter predicts a victory by knockout.
