TikToker Mizzy charged with breaching criminal behavior order | UK News
A teenager is due in court after being charged with breaching a criminal behavior order imposed for posting a ‘prank’ video on TikTok.
Bacari-Bronze O’Garro, 18, known as Mizzy, from Hackney, north London, was subject to the Thames Magistrates’ Court order on Wednesday prohibiting him from posting videos about social networks without the consent of those who appear on them.
In a video posted to Twitter on Friday, O’Gorro was seen being arrested by an undercover police officer who referenced videos posted to social media on Wednesday and Thursday.
O’Garro was charged with three counts of breaching a criminal conduct order and taken into custody to appear in the same court on Saturday.
During his court appearance on Wednesday, he admitted one count of failing to comply with a community protection notice issued on May 11, 2022.
Judge Crangle issued him a two-year criminal behavior order, including that he must not directly or indirectly post videos on social media without the documented consent of the people featured in the content, must not infringe on a privately owned and must not attend the Westfield Center in Stratford, east London.
She ordered O’Garro to pay a £200 fine, plus an £80 victim fine surcharge and £85 costs.
A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: ‘A teenager has been charged with breaching a criminal behavior order following an investigation into social media images posted online.
“He will appear in police custody at the Thames Magistrates’ Court on the morning of Saturday May 27.”
