The Rams unveil their 2024 ‘Draft House,’ a $16.5 million mansion in Hermosa Beach

The Los Angeles Rams are largely continuing their weekend draft tradition.

The Rams unveiled their “Draft House,” a $16.5 million mansion in Hermosa Beach, Calif., where they will be headquartered for the entire 2024 NFL Draft. With help from Zillow, the team transformed the 9,150 square foot mansion into a war room complete with a game room, lounge, pool, as well as a bar and ‘a covered patio offering panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean.

Rams memorabilia is also on display throughout the mansion. A jacket honoring Puka Nacua’s record-breaking season, custom records honoring current players and franchise icons, platinum records honoring each of the team’s Super Bowl championships, gold records honoring memorable picks made by general manager Les Snead, posters and jerseys of Rams players. are among the objects decorating the mansion.

Los Angeles is the only team to have its draft headquarters outside of team facilities, a tradition the team started in 2021. But this year, it’s different: The Rams actually have a pick of first round, their first since 2016, when they selected QB Jared. Goff No. 1 overall. This is also the first time in head coach Sean McVay’s tenure that they have a first-round pick.

That might explain why this year’s home project might be a little more lavish than last year’s. The Rams’ 2021 draft home was in Malibu, and it didn’t appear to contain as much team memorabilia in photos provided by the team. They moved into a 67,000 square foot lot in the Hollywood Hills in 2022, months after their Super Bowl victory, and this space featured team logos throughout the house.

In 2023, the Rams moved to the San Fernando Valley, placing their headquarters in a 10,000 square foot home. They actually called it a “project lab” instead of a project house, and it included a bust of Aaron Donald, among other unique items.

The Rams hold the 19th pick in Thursday’s first round, giving them ammunition to make another Super Bowl run as Matthew Stafford’s career comes to a close. FOX Sports’ NFL Mock Draft has the team selecting Florida State’s Jared Verse, giving Los Angeles some early help after Donald retired this offseason.
