The business of Teresa Giudice’s husband, Luis Ruelas, sued for harassment

Teresa Giudice’s husband is in a legal mess…again.
Luis “Louie” Ruelas’ company Digital Media Solutions has been named in a harassment lawsuit, Us Weekly reported Wednesday.
A woman named Juanita Williams filed a class action lawsuit against DMS and Choice Health Insurance earlier this month, claiming she signed up for the National Do Not Call Registry but continued to receive numerous telemarketing calls from both companies.
Williams alleged in court documents obtained by the magazine that a Choice Health representative called her in September 2022 and informed her that DMS had passed on her phone number as a potential sales lead.
She is asking $1,500 per call, according to the report.
Ruelas’ lawyer declined to comment.
This is not the first time that DMS – which describes itself as “a leading provider of technology-driven, data-driven digital performance advertising solutions connecting consumers and advertisers” – has been sued.
Page Six previously obtained copies of at least three complaints filed in 2021 accusing the company of violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
DMS denied the allegations at the time.
Ruelas, 48, has also been investigated in his private life.
In October 2012, the father-of-two allegedly pushed his ex-wife, Marisa DiMartino, into a metal pole during what police described as a “hoarse” argument.

Page Six exclusively reported in May 2022 that Ruelas and DiMartino had an argument over finances prior to the incident.
Ruelas, who married Giudice, 51, in August 2022, made headlines lately for a hair-raising comment in the season 13 finale of “Real Housewives of New Jersey.”
In the episode, he claimed private investigator Bo Dietl knew “everyone in” the room.
“I don’t talk, like gossip,” he said. “Bo Dietl, who is one of the most famous private investigators in the country, one of my best friends, brought me information on each person in this group.”
Ruelas later claimed on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen” that the threat was empty.
“I was at my wit’s end,” he explained. “It was a long season. Frustrating, you know, trying to get married.
The businessman’s temper was on display once again this week, however, when he threatened to ‘f—king bury’ his wife’s estranged brother Joe Gorga and sister-in-law Melissa Gorga in the couple’s wedding special “Teresa Gets Married.”
