Two campers were injured: a 79-year-old man, hospitalized, as well as a 69-year-old woman who was more seriously affected. His vital prognosis is engaged.
The thunderstorms also affected the southeast of the country. All night, the elements were unleashed. In the morning of Wednesday, the inhabitants of the region testified to the extent of the floods. Marseilles (Bouches-du-Rhone) also was hit by storms. Several neighborhoods were flooded. The torrents of mud which poured over the region caused some material damage, but no injuries have yet been recorded.
