Sandrine Josso, MP for Loire-Atlantique, filed a complaint against centrist senator Joël Guerriau. She accuses him of having drugged her without her knowledge. The former mayor of Saint-Sébastien-sur-Loire (Loire-Atlantique) was indicted for administering to a person, without their knowledge, a substance likely to impair their discernment or control of their actions, in order to of committing rape or sexual assault and possession and use of substances classified as narcotics.
