Sandrine Josso’s lawyer deplores “implausible explanations”

Sandrine Josso, MP for Loire-Atlantique, filed a complaint against centrist senator Joël Guerriau. She accuses him of having drugged her without her knowledge. The former mayor of Saint-Sébastien-sur-Loire (Loire-Atlantique) was indicted for administering to a person, without their knowledge, a substance likely to impair their discernment or control of their actions, in order to of committing rape or sexual assault and possession and use of substances classified as narcotics. But also for use and possession of narcotics. The senator denies the facts. Today, Tuesday November 21, Sandrine Josso’s lawyer, Julia Minkowski, answers our questions.

What does Joël Guerriau’s defense inspire you?

Everyone has the right to defend themselves as they wish. I still find it regrettable that he gives such implausible explanations. For me, this is a lack of responsibility. Out of respect for the victim, Sandrine Josso. But also with regard to…
