Retired Agent on Secret Service Infiltration: We Don’t Know Where It Led

NEWYou can now listen to Fox News articles!

Retired Secret Service agent Jeff James joined “Jesse Watters Primetime” on Friday to discuss foreign agents infiltrating the White House Secret Service.

JESSE WATTERS: What do you think these foreign agents were looking for? Was it perhaps a foreign intelligence gathering plot, or were they perhaps looking to assassinate prominent figures here?

JEFF JAMES: It could have gone either way, and that’s the scariest thing is that we don’t know where it was going. So it could have been something that they wanted access to the people the secret service is protecting in order to commit assassination, or they could have gotten to the point with those people where they made it an asset, even gave them thumb drive and said, “Hey, put this in a computer on the Secret Service network or the White House network”, and they would have had access to all the Secret Service cameras and alarms, possibly to turn them off and create some sort of organized attack.
