At least 154 people were killed and more than 100 injured in a crowd during Halloween festivities in Seoul, the South Korean capital, on Saturday.
More than a dozen embassies around the world have confirmed casualties from their countries. At least 26 foreign nationals, including two US citizens, are among the dead.
The crash took place in the nightlife district of Itaewon and the cause of the surge is unclear, but witnesses say revelers were packed into narrow streets.
South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol has declared a period of national mourning.
