Paddy Pimblett has one last monstrous burger before starting a 45lb weight loss and training for UFC London

Now that Paddy Pimblett is confirmed to make his next UFC appearance on the UFC London card on July 23, it’s time to get in shape.

The Liverpudlian said he’s hit 200lbs since his last UFC fight in March, also in London.

Pimblett treated the burger like it was his last meal

Considering he’s fighting at 155lbs, it’s not easy to drop around 40lbs with only two months until he steps into the octagon with Jordan Leavitt.

Paddy the Baddy has made no secret of his eating habits outside of camp and in a recent YouTube video, the 27-year-old chose a four-patty cheeseburger as his last meal before training camp got serious.

“Last time I got the triple and it wasn’t big enough,” Pimblett said.

After taking part in his first training camp session ahead of his return to the octagon, a sweaty Pimblett said, “Take that weight off boy and I’ll be ready to kick anybody’s head anytime you want.

Pimblett acknowledged that some fans called him fat out of camp, but with his shirt in the video, the lightweight showed he clearly wasn’t overweight.

But he likes online jokes.

“I don’t look that fat, but everyone loves calling me fat on the internet, so we’ll go with it.”

Pimblett is far, far from out of shape

Pimblett’s UFC career got off to a good start with two first-round finishes in his first two fights, the last of which came at the ultra-successful London UFC in March.

He will now fight Leavitt, a former Dana White series with a 10-1 record who has won three of his first four UFC fights.

Whatever happens in this fight, Pimblett will enjoy his junk afterward.

The fan favorite joked: “I’d rather be fat and happy than ripped. These people who get ripped off all year round aren’t happy, I don’t care what they say.

“This six-pack is strong, I look great but I prefer to be fat and happy.”

Truly words to live by.
