Oliver North Calls on Justice Department to Charge Hamas Leaders for Murder of Americans: Using Interpol to Interrupt Their Travel

Retirement. Marine Lt. Col. Oliver North outlined a multi-step plan for the United States to forcefully confront Iranian threats and support Israel in its fight against Hamas terrorism.

North told FOX News that Israel’s attack plan against the Palestinian terror group in Gaza is more sophisticated than the media could imagine.

In turn, he continued, the United States must take its own series of actions to respond to the threat, as American service members overseas have been injured at installations and Americans have been killed during of the Hamas invasion.

“If they liberate Hezbollah from its bases in Lebanon and Syria to attack Israel, it should come as no surprise that Iranian-made missiles, whether fired from Iran or Lebanon or from, God forbid preserves, Gaza, that they will soon fire on U.S. naval assets in the Mediterranean,” North said.

North also called on President Biden to announce by Saturday that he had reinstated all existing sanctions against the Raisi regime.

To avoid the predictable restrictions on oil exports to the United States that such actions would bring, North said Biden must also lift his continuing restrictions on U.S. energy production, which, even without action against Iran, could result in a decrease in revenue of the country that supports terrorism.

If Iran-backed Hezbollah in Lebanon attacks Israel, North said the United States should hold Tehran accountable and “act with devastating effect to prevent further threats to American personnel and assets.”

He also called on the Justice Department to formally indict Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh and Hamas Gaza leader Yahya Sinwar for the assassination of American citizens after 30 people were killed or kidnapped in Israel.

He noted that Qatar, which allegedly served as a conduit for the United States and others with Hamas, does not have an extradition treaty with Washington, but that the best way to confine the terrorist group’s leaders like Haniyeh and Sinwar would activate global law enforcement alerts on these men.

“An Interpol publication of the faces of these guys in airports around the world could prevent these thugs from moving freely to the brothels they are known to visit,” he said.

If the United States puts enough pressure on Iran, North predicted, China could step in to tell Tehran to eliminate it in order to continue trading with them for goods like oil.

With Gaza having a land border with Egypt, North said Biden should further offer Prime Minister Abdel el-Sisi U.S. air traffic control resources at El-Arish International Airport in the Sinai Peninsula, near the border with Gaza.

In this way, he said Egypt could also help prepare the region to potentially become a major refugee epicenter, as Hamas diverts humanitarian aid and funds toward its nefarious intentions.

“We are still the ‘Big Satan’ (for Iran). The ‘Little Satan’ is the Israel they want to destroy first. It is number one,” he added.

“We have allowed, particularly since the Obama administration and now certainly under this administration, the Iranians to get away with all kinds of terrible things.”
