More than 800,000 border crossing and illegal aliens have been released into the United States without notice to appear (NTA) in immigration court by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) since President Joe took office. Biden.

Specifically, nearly 600,000 border and illegal aliens have received NTRs from Biden’s DHS, guaranteeing their release inside the United States without any follow-up to appear before an immigration judge. The roughly 200,000 other cross-border commuters and illegal aliens were first released on Parole Plus ATD with only an NTR, but were later given court dates.

Months ago, Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody revealed in court records that in the summer of 2021, Biden’s DHS released more than 150,000 border crossers and illegal aliens in US communities with only one NTR.

Biden’s DHS releases of NTR represent only a fraction of the number of cross-border commuters and illegal aliens released inside the United States through the administration’s extensive Catch and Release Network.
