Meet the cast and characters of “Don’t Worry Darling”

Olivia Wilde’s long-awaited thriller don’t worry darling world premieres Friday.

It’s been four months since the first trailer was released, and there have been plenty of rumored dramas on and off set, adding a whole lot of hype to the film.

By Olivia Wilde and former don’t worry darling Actor Shia LaBeouf’s “Spitgate” fallout between Harry Styles and Chris Pine at the Cannes Film Festival fans just can’t wait.

At the heart of the film is Oscar nominee Florence Pugh, 26, who leads the film’s cast as spunky and cheeky housewife Alice Chambers.

So who plays in don’t worry darling? Newsweek has everything you need to know.

Alice Chambers – Florence Pugh

Florence Pugh plays the lead role of Alice in Don’t worry honey.

Alice is the devoted wife of Jack (played by Harry Styles). She begins to ask questions about the true nature of the company town of Victory, California, and why they ended up there in the first place.

Pugh recently starred as Yelena Belova/Black Widow in Marvel’s Hawk Eye and is also well known for her role as Dani in Midsommar and Amy March in Little woman.

His other credits include Lady Macbeth, King Lear, the Outlaw King, and televisions The Little Thresher Girl.

Jack Chambers—Harry Styles

Harry Styles plays Jack, Alice’s loving husband, who, like most Victory husbands, knows all there is to know about the secret Victory project but refuses to divulge the details to his wife.

The Grammy-winning singer is no stranger to acting, having starred in Christopher Nolan Dunkirk and like Eros in Marvel Eternals, but fans of the former One Direction idol should see him take the helm of Don’t worry honey.

Rabbit — Olivia Wilde

Director Olivia Wilde takes on the role of Bunny, a gossipy housewife and Alice’s best friend.

Originally, Wilde was supposed to play the lead role of Alice, but after seeing Pugh’s performance in Midsommar, she decided to approach him to play the role.

Wilde is best known for playing Remy “Thirteen” Hadley in Accommodation and Julia in the Broadway production of George Orwell 1984. His other credits include Tron: Legacy, Cowboys & Aliens, The Incredible Burt Wonderstoneand The Lazarus effect.

Wilde made her directorial debut in 2019 with the teen comedy intelligent library, which won the Independent Spirit Award for Best First Feature.

Frank — Chris Pine

Chris Pine stars in Ddon’t worry honey like Frank, the founder of Victory and the Victory Project.

From his immediate encounter with Frank, it is more than apparent that he is the ultimate controller of everyone in town. He established a strict law of secrecy, with only the men of the town knowing the true extent of what the Victory Project really is.

Pine is well known for playing James T. Kirk in the star trek film series reboot, Jack Ryan in Jack Ryan: shadow recruit, and Dr. Alex Murry in A wrinkle in time.

His other credits include Hell or High Water, The Belles Hours, Outlaw King, and The contractor.

Dr. Collins—Timothy Simons

Timothy Simons plays Dr. Collins, who has a high level of authority in the Victory Project, often tasked with helping control and suppress the women of the town through a variety of drugs.

When women like Margaret (KiKi Layne) and Alice start talking about their suspicions of Victory, Dr. Collins suggests some treatments and pills they can take to ease their so-called “delusions.”

Simons is best known for his role as Jonah Ryan in Veep and The Eagle in Looking for Alaska.
