Many high school students hired without even passing their baccalaureate

High schools complain about this new method of companies. For them, however, the strategy is very advantageous, because the availability of students is immediate. They can therefore hire them directly. The other advantage is to be able to benefit from a young person who is already trained and thus operational in order to be able to start working life. To avoid having less qualified staff in the future, the high school principals have reached an agreement with the branches concerned.
