Louis Witter, photojournalist: the "harassment policy" migrants in Calais east "deadly"

Photoreporter Louis Witter has been covering migration crises in France and elsewhere for years. He signs the book “The battered: the State, the police and foreigners”, an investigation into the policy carried out with regard to migrants by the French authorities in Calais and Grande-Synthe. He denounces the “policy of harassment” which leads migrants to take more and more risks in an attempt to reach England. An ineffective strategy given the increase in the number of crossings.
