LAURA INGRAHAM: Fear is a powerful emotion. Sometimes fear is good because it pushes us to Good deed. We shelter from a storm or fight back if we are attacked, but lately we have seen politicians use fear as a powerful weapon of coercion and control. “Get vaccinated or you’ll get COVID and die. Wear a mask or you might be on a ventilator.” Today, these control freaks use a combination of threats and fear to get the people they hope to change their behavior, and that requires relentlessly hammering home a simple message.

Well, that sounds terrible, doesn’t it? It looks like we may need to expand disability benefits to include not only long COVID, but also long-term climate anxiety. Of course, the truth is not climate anxiety that deters young people from getting married or deciding to have children or more children. For this we can blame the the permissive moral climate of the left with Biden’s rotten economy – but nice try, Kamala.
