The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department was looking for a suspect linked to the shooting of Lady Gaga’s dog walker after she was mistakenly released from jail this week, according to reports.
James Howard Jackson, 19, was arrested along with four others last year after singer dog walker Ryan Fischer was shot in the chest as he resisted two men who allegedly tried to take the dogs while walking around in February 2021. Fischer survived the attack. The dogs were then safely recovered.
Jackson was charged with shooting Fischer and attempted murder, second-degree robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery, among other counts.
