The Nets’ Kyrie Irving saga is over.
Brooklyn is trading Irving to the Dallas Mavericks for Dorian Finney-Smith, Spencer Dinwiddie, a 2029 first-round pick and multiple second-round picks, according to multiple reports.
Irving requested a trade on Friday after he and the Nets couldn’t reach an agreement on a contract extension. Irving is expected to become a free agent after the 2022-23 season.
