Kevin Costner’s ex-wife cries during child support hearing, describes how couple would ship 40 tons of snow for Christmas
Hollywood star Kevin Costner appeared in a Santa Barbara court on Thursday in a bitter child support battle with his estranged wife over their three children.

The reason for the court appearance on Thursday is Baumgartner’s request for $175,057 a month in child support, which is an increase of more than $46,000 from the $129,000 a month she is currently receiving. of Costner, who contests this claim.

One of Costner’s lawyers reportedly countered by accusing Baumgartner of leading a lavish life and waging a “relentless jihad” against his client, leading to this “totally pointless” hearing.
The actor’s legal team accused Baumgartner in court papers of receiving $20,000 from a “boyfriend.” On Thursday, Baumgartner reportedly said she received the money from a mutual friend named Joshua Connor, who she said was not a “boyfriend”.
Baumgartner broke down in tears in court when his lawyers said Costner had been paying his mother $5,000 a month “for years” but the payments stopped when they parted ways, according to a Daily Mail report.
On the stand, she recounted the family’s Christmas parties during which they trucked 40 tons of snow to a ten-acre piece of land they own near their main residence in California, according to the report. She also described how the family would rent “all the animals from the stable in Bethlehem” for the children to ride, as well as create a forest of fir trees and paths for the toboggan runs.
