Aaron Ramsey has receivedsone year of severance pay if he has to end his contract to Juventus early, with the Italian giants hoping to offload the Welshman in the January transfer window.
Ramsey left Arsenal for Juventus in July 2019, signing a four-year contract as a free agent with high salaries and high expectations.

Ramsey joined Juventus with high expectations but spent most of his time in Italy on the bench
This represents a huge change from Ramsey’s Premier League years, when he was one of the best midfielders in the league in his day.
The Welsh international has since failed to secure a regular place in Turin, appearing 70 times and managing the full 90 minutes in just three matches.
Despite some positive spells under former boss Andrea Pirlo last season, Ramsey has since fallen in surplus to the needs of Max Allegri’s return, making his £ 400,000 a week salary untenable.
Feeling the tightening of the pandemic as much as anyone, Juventus were forced to abandon the Cristiano Ronaldo project over the summer, freeing up many wage margins with a cut-price sale to Manchester United.
The likes of Gonzalo Higuain and Miralem Pjanic have also been moved in a bid to erase years of overpaying, with Ramsey next on the chopping block after playing just 111 minutes this season.

The midfielder has not been seen in a Juve shirt since October 20
However, the Cardiff Academy graduate is asking that part of his remaining salary be paid if he wants to break his contract which is not due to expire before the summer of 2023.
Italian outlet La Repubblica reports fees could rise to around € 7million if Ramsey has to leave in the New Year, with likes from Newcastle and former club Arsenal linked with a move for the midfielder ground.
