Inflation hits everyone hard, even Snoop Dogg.
On Tuesday, the rapper tweeted that even his professional blunt roll got a raise.
“Inflation”, Snoop Dogg tweeted in response to a post from UberFacts, which said his full-time blunt roller earns between $40,000 and $50,000 a year. “Their salary has increased!”
Snoop Dogg revealed in 2019 that he had a full-time staff member whose only job was to roll his blunts, during The Howard Stern Show with actor Seth Rogen. The self-confessed cannabis fan said he just didn’t have time to roll it himself.
“It’s his JOB, his occupation,” Snoop Dogg said on the show. “On his CV it says: ‘what do you do?’ “I’m a dull wheeler.” PBR, professional blunt roller.
It’s a coveted job – in 2021, Snoop Dogg claimed he got 81 cigarette breaks a day on Reddit. His PBR seems to have the instinct to know exactly when the rapper wants to turn on.
“The timing on this m*therf*cker is impeccable,” Snoop Dogg told Howard Stern.
Inflation rose to 8.6% on Friday due to soaring gasoline prices – higher than in April.
But good news for Snoop Dogg – despite the price spike, the price of cannabis hasn’t suffered the same sticker shock. In February, the cost of cannabis didn’t rise as much as other items — and in some cases, a bag of edibles or an eighth of an ounce of flower might even be cheaper than last year.
From January 2021 to January 2022, prices for marijuana flowers fell 16.7% and edibles fell 11.8% on average by price per milligram or gram of THC, according to the analytics firm. Cannabis Headset.
