In a letter sent after this outing to Radio France employees, consulted by AFP, the president of the public group Sibyle Veil recalled “the duty of responsibility of the media, particularly of a public service media like Radio France”, in the context of tensions generated by the conflict in the Middle East.

The management of Radio France issued a warning to Guillaume Meurice. The comedian announced that he would challenge this decision in court. Arcom, the audiovisual policeman, was also contacted by the Senate regarding this sequence.
