Does Antonio Gibson play week 6?

For the third week in a row Gibson (shin) is “questionable” and for the third week in a row he is expected to play full.

Earlier this week, Washington offensive coordinator Scott Turner said Gibson is not really limited in what he can do, so we don’t expect him to be limited at all in a favorable game against the Chiefs. It is a must. If he has a surprise setback, JD McKissic will play more snaps and be an RB2 in PPR and flex as standard. Jaret Patterson will also get some shots and be a possible deep league flex.

Does Joe Mixon play week 6?

Mixon (ankle) is listed as “questionable” against the Lions despite coach Zac Taylor saying he “should have a full workload“earlier this week.

With Samaje Perine still on the COVID roster, Mixon is expected to see nearly 20 touches against one of the worst defenses in the league. If it’s a surprise scratch and Perine is still on the COVID list, then Chris Evans will take care of most of the races and earn an RB2 spot.

Does Andre Swift play week 6?

Swift has been “questionable” almost every week this season, and he’s never nearly missed a game. There is no reason to be concerned about his availability against the Bengals.

With Jamaal Williams (hip) also “questionable”, the Lions clearly like to play with the injury report. Both are worth starting, with Swift as RB2 as standard and borderline RB1 as PPR. Williams is a flex in both.

Does Samaje Perine play week 6?

Perine was placed on the COVID / reserve list on Monday. It is not known if he tested positive or if it was just close contact, and it is not known whether he is vaccinated or not. Thus, it is difficult to know for sure if he is guaranteed to be absent or if he has a chance to play. Given the lack of information on his situation, you have to assume that Perine won’t be available against the Lions.

Coach Zac Taylor once said Mixon will have a full workload, so even if Perine is playing, he’s hardly a flexible option in the PPR leagues. If Perine is out Chris Evans will have a few touches, but he can’t be trusted in fantasy.
