Cybersecurity startup Watchtowr raises $8 million in pre-Series A


Singapore-based cybersecurity startup watchTowr recently raised $8m in its pre-Series A round with contributions from five Indian angel investors, including Onnivation’s Saket Agarwal, FarFetch’s Gaurav Gupta, Bikram Singh Bedi of Google India and Gaurav Samdaria of Karza Technologies, alongside Global investors including Prosus Ventures and Vulcan Capital.

To discuss the potential of the cybersecurity space and the way forward for the business, CNBC-TV18 spoke with Benjamin Harris, CEO of watchTowr, and Saket Agarwal, Founder and CEO of Onnivation.

Additionally, Eklavya Gupta, Founder and Co-CEO of Recur Club, discussed how the company plans to help emerging tech founders raise capital without giving up part of their business.
