Rep. Chip Roy, R-Texas, says Rep. Liz Cheney is losing the Wyoming GOP House primary because voters finally talked about the swamp again Tuesday on “The Ingraham Angle.”
REPRESENTING. CHIP ROY: The Declaration of Independence is very clear. Government derives its power from the consent of the governed. The people of Wyoming spoken tonight, and they spoke because they want the program that they saw in terms of draining the swamp. They didn’t want the swamp anymore. That’s, I think, what it boils down to. The story has a way of cleaning up all the noise.

And when you judge the story, when you look at this moment, it’s about a change. It’s about moving forward. It’s not 2022 or 2024, but 2026 when America turns 250. Are we going to live free or are we going to keep funding bureaucracy, keep expanding government to to the detriment of our freedom? It’s time for a change. That time has come, and I think people are talking across the country, and this is an example of that.
