Guardian Journalist Matthew Tisserand says the producer Lucy Hough to appear before the London Court of Appeal. He was there to cover the appeal hearing for Matthew Hardy, who was jailed for nine years in January after pleading guilty to stalking involving fear of violence and harassment after breaching a restraining order.
Hardy and his lawyer hoped to see that nine-year sentence reduced – to bring forward the date he can be released from prison.
