Police responded to the Bakersfield Taco Bell location on January 4 after receiving calls that a motorist appeared intoxicated and unwilling to leave the drive-thru lane.

An arriving officer activated his emergency lights, and Bailey, who has a previous drunk driving conviction, reportedly put her car in reverse to get out of the drive-thru lane. Instead, his car crashed onto the sidewalk.
