Britney Spears’ ex-husband has been found guilty of trespassing after showing up uninvited on her wedding day in June.

Jason Alexander, who was married to spears for less than three days in 2004, was convicted of aggravated trespassing and assault after a security guard told a California court he entered the singer’s home and attempted to break into enter her room, in which she was locked at the time.

He confronted Alexander and they reportedly fought.

On Friday, the 40-year-old was sentenced to the 64 days he has already served in prison. Prosecutors dropped a harassment charge.

Spears married her longtime boyfriend Asghari at her home on June 9, in front of several dozen guests including Selena Gomez, Drew Barrymore, Paris Hilton and Madonna.

Alexander posted an Instagram Live story the day from outside Spears’ property in which he said he was there to “crush” the wedding, before being arrested by police and taken to a local jail.

Spears and Asghari got engaged in September 2021 as she controversial guardianship – the legal arrangement that controlled his life and finances – seemed to be coming to an end.

She was previously married to Kevin Federline, with whom she shares teenage sons Sean and Jayden.
