While some companies are finding it increasingly difficult to keep their employees, some bosses are investing in well-being to keep them. Reportage.
Focusing on the well-being of employees, a giant of organic products has been doing it for 20 years. It starts every morning with a ritual: self-service fruit offered to employees. Employees with young children can drop them off 400 meters from the company in a dedicated crèche. Registration is partially funded by the employer.
In the company, rain of light, trees, everything is done to ward off stress in the office. Employees can borrow electric scooters for short trips to facilitate their transportation. In all, they are more than 800 employees. They can take advantage of the facilities to practice sport, drink a coffee, go shopping. An organic pole that cost the company nearly 13 million euros. The CEO financed half of it. The latter believes that this investment has been profitable.
