President Biden still hasn’t spoken on the attempted assassination of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh more than a week after the fact.

Besides issuing a statement condemning Kavanaugh’s assassination attempt through a spokesperson, Biden has remained silent since the attempt on Kavanaugh’s life last week by a 26-year-old man who was upset at the leak of the draft notice that would turn Roe against Wade.

Fox News Digital asked the White House why the president hasn’t spoken personally about the incident more than a week after it happened and whether Biden intends to address the issue. The White House did not respond.

AFTER ALLEGED PLOT TO KILL KAVANAUGH, REPUBLICANS TARGETED IN 2017 FIRING FEAR FURTHER ASSASSINATION ATTEMPT

Biden spoke last Friday and snubbed the attempted assassination of a sitting Supreme Court justice, avoiding the topic altogether.

The president has been criticized for his continued silence on the issue, with several of the GOP congressmen, who were targeted in the 2017 congressional baseball shooting, criticizing Biden for focusing on “investigating parents at school board meetings as “domestic terrorists” rather than “real life dangerous violence” coming from the left.

“For weeks, Democratic leaders from the White House from President Biden to Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer have encouraged dangerous protests against Supreme Court justices, including in their homes, to threaten and unlawfully intimidate for the purpose of altering the outcome of a court order,” House said. Minority Whip Steve Scalise, R-La., told Fox News Digital.

“How many more times do we have to see political violence driven by threatening rhetoric before Democrats stop encouraging and condoning this kind of dangerous behavior?” continued the Republican whip.

“Rather than investigating parents at school board meetings as ‘domestic terrorists’, President Biden’s Justice Department should look into the real dangerous violence coming from the radical left that continues to bring life people in danger for their political views,” he added.
