Spurs made it look easy against Palace and in truth it was
“It was a good performance. We started a bit slow in the first 20 minutes but despite that we created some chances to score.
“We scored the first goal and the second and started to gain a lot of self-confidence, creating lots of chances to score and control the game.
“We got three points and that’s very important.”
Asked why his team could have started slow, Conte added: “I think our start was slow because we weren’t doing what we had planned.
“It was a bit slow for the players to understand Crystal Palace.
“After those moments, we controlled the game, created chances and figured out how to unlock Crystal Palace, and we did.”

“We have to be happy until midnight and then we have to start focusing on Southampton.”
