A full floor at Porter House in the Meatpacking District is back on the market for $24.5 million, up from $29 million in 2018.

Former residents of the building at 66 Ninth Ave. included couple Olivia Wilde, currently director and co-star of ‘Don’t Worry Darling’ – and Jason Sudeikis, famous for his role in ‘Ted Lasso’.

Wilde and Sudeikis sold their two bedrooms for $3.8 million in 2015. ‘South Park’ co-creator Trey Parker also lived on the fifth floor when ‘The Book of Mormon’ was launched, sources say. .
