A 14-year-old Philadelphia girl is set to become the second to face a murder charge after a 73-year-old man was beaten to death with a traffic cone, according to a report.
The girl, who has not been publicly identified, is expected to be charged with third degree murder and criminal conspiracy in the June 24 murder of James Lambert, Fox29 Philadelphia reports, citing the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office.
Another 14-year-old, Richard Jones, is already facing the same charges and is being tried as an adult, the station adds.
The prosecutor’s office did not immediately respond to a Fox News Digital request for comment.
