The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the final results of the Combined Defense Service exam 2023 (1). Candidates who appeared for the CDS Final Examination (1) can now access their results on the official UPSC website at upsc.gov. In.

A total of 235 candidates were selected based on their performance in the written exam and interviews. These candidates are now eligible for admission to the 156th Course (DE) of the Indian Military Academy, Dehradun, Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala; and Air Force Academy Hyderabad Training Course (Pre-Flight), particularly Course No. 215 F(P).

Among them, 156 candidates were shortlisted for the Indian Military Academy, while 57 and 22 candidates were selected for the Indian Naval Academy and the Air Force Academy, respectively.

It is important to note that the results of the medical examination were not taken into account in the merit lists, according to the official statement. The process of verifying the date of birth and educational qualifications of the candidates is still underway at the Army Headquarters.
